Details of the offer

1. Provide assistance on general Admin matters in representing the company to answering telephones and directing calls, dispatch and clerical works 2. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. 3. Segregation and distribution of received mails/ documents to each department. 4. Oversee on letters mailing and daily courier service from Nationwide/ Secure/ UPS/ Fed Ex packages. 5. To handle monthly staff purchase. 6. Take care of office stationeries, office furniture and supplies. To update stationery stock card for stock accuracy. 7. Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones and office keys. 8. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. 9. To ensure that company's plants, maintain office and pantry hygiene and cleanliness. 10. Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility. 11. Arrange food/ refreshments for meetings or visitors. 12. Responsible in Sales and Ordering section with company operation procedures. 13.
