Details of the offer

Job Responsibility Engagement with clients. Preparation of service-related documents. Follow up on customer service progress and payment collections. Issuance of tax invoice to clients. Resolve customerâs enquiries efficiently and escalate problems promptly. Other customer service-related activities. Job Requirements Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Business Studies or any other equivalent. Good command of mandarin will be advantageous. 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Applicants with relevant experience may be considered for senior roles. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and able to work independently. Strong self-learning ability and strong result driven person. Passion for customer service and a good team player.
