Job Info:
1) Full-time
- Salary starts from RM2,000 to RM3,000
- Commensurate based on experience and language ability
2) Part-time
- RM10 /hour
- Minimum commitment: 3 months
- Work at least 3 days a week
Work Location: Mount Austin, JB, Malaysia
Work Hours : 9.30am – 6.30pm , 5 Days a week (shift includes one day of weekend a week)
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (speaking and typing), to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
• Customer oriented
• Able to provide professional customer service
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support via hotline, emails, and live chats; display excellent work etiquette and patience.
• Coordinate and monitor all customers orders from submission until final delivery
• Liaise between customers and the internal Operations Team
