Customer Service Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers- Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients- Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns- To carry out any duties as the company may from time to time assign- Assist in retail shop**Qualification**:- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English- Must be comfortable to work on weekend, public holiday and able to deal with retail hours- Full time position(s) based at Bangsar- Open minded, pro-active and aggressive in sales- At least 2 year(s) sales experience in the related field
