Job Responsibilities: Provides assistance and administrative support to the Customer Service Department Supervise the daily activities of the Customer Service Department Ensure that all owners & guest enquires are handling in a professional and efficient manner Provide world class service in the areas of tenant handling Assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the Admin. Department, specifically in the areas of Finance To assist the Building Manager/Asset Manager and/or its assigned Officer in supervising the day to day operations of the building Attend to residents' feedback and to answer all enquiries To assist the Building Manager/Asset Manager, and/or it's assigned Officer in the maintenance and management of the building To attend to the renovations, moving in and out; and ad hoc servicing request of the residents and owners and ensure compliance to the building by-laws To assist on the credit control actions where require Job Requirements: SPM, Diploma or Degree in any fields Fresh graduates are encourage to apply as training will be proviided Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (as need to communicate with customers from Hong Kong and China) Must be willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends and Public Holiday Working location : TRX, KL Shift hours working (Shift 1 : 6.45am – 3.15pm; Shift 2 : 11.30am-8pm ; Shift 3 : 1.30pm -10pm) Qualified and interested candidates may apply online or email your updated resume to siti(at)talentrecruit.com.my .
