Customer Service Executive

Work Location:The ICON, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur**Salary**:RM2,200 - 3,000 (excluding commission, allowance)Working Hours:Mon to Fri - 9am to 6pmSat or Sun - 9am to 4pmOne day off per weekExtended hours till 10pm for 2 weeks in a month (extra allowance given)**Job Description**:- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources- Update customer data and produce activity reports- Walk customers through problem solving process- Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution- Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure- Recommended procedure modifications or improvements- Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and servicesJob requirements:- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in customer relations environment however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with customers at all levels- Minimum qualification Diploma in any field- Able to manage multiple tasks with the ability to prioritise tasks**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible scheduleSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Night shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)
