Customer Service Executive

Conduct daily business sales under the supervision of manager and pharmacist.- Cashiering - process cash and card payments.- Assist in over the counter medication dispensing.- Promote OCT, supplements & medical equipment based on customers' needs.- Assist and support sales, marketing and promotional activities.- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet (daily housekeeping)- Inventory monitoring - stock take and expiry date monitoring**Job Requirements**:- Some related experience is an advantage.- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Both spoken and written).- Self-motivated and able to work independently. Well organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.- Excellent public speaking/ presentation skills with the ability to hold and develop interest of audience.- Able to think analytically and resolve problems.Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Commission pay- Yearly bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)
