Customer Service Executive

To coordinate with customers and agents for shipment booking via air, sea, land delivery to local and oversea.- To prepare documents required for shipment.- To monitor the shipment delivery and readiness the shipment for delivery.- To solve customer complaints an maintain good relationship with customers.- Monitor the warehouse clerk job tasks.- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
