Customer Service Executive

Attend to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and appropriate manner- Process and execute customer orders accurately and without delay- Diligently monitoring end-to-end customer orders, i.e. from taking order, to receiving payment, to product delivery and ensure excellent after-sales service- Perform cold call by means of various digital communication to existing customers to take orders and/or to inform customers of latest products and promotions- Liaise with outdoor Sales Executive and other relevant departments to resolve any customer complaints or feedback on our products and services- Maintains up-to-date product information and customer related information in company's CRM system- Prepare and present indoor sales reports and other customer related reports- Collect and present information related to customer preference and behavior to assist marketing team with monthly marketing activities, promotions, and advertisements- Any other duties as assigned by management**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduatePay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
