Details of the offer

Requirements:-Minimum SPM qualification, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
-Proficient in Cantonese, Chinese language skills and can communicate with basic English
-Able to work flexible shift including night shift, weekend and public holiday (24 hours rotation shift)
-5 working days per week (9 hour per shift including 1 hour break)
-MUST be willing to work in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
-Own transport is preferred
-Can start working immediately
Responsibilities:-To provide quality customer services (handle inbound calls, emails regarding enquiries & complaints in hotels & flight booking issues)
-To assist customer with informative and helpful way in relating their issues
-To ensure customer satisfaction
Benefits:-Basic salary RM2500 - KPI based reward (up to RM300) - Night Shift allowance (up to RM300) - OT allowance (Min RM10/hr)
-Free shuttle van (pick up & drop off: Subang Jaya KTM, Ara Damansara LRT, Kelana Jaya LRT)
-Reachable by Ara Damansara LRT & Bus (stop at Puncak Seri Kelana Condo)
-On job training will be provided (with paid salary)
-Pool facilities
