Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**:- Deal directly with customers or sales person either by telephone, electronically of face to face.- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handles and resolve customer complaints.- Manage customer account, keep record of customer interactions and transactions.- Providing sales and administrative support involving efficient handling of top and confidential agreements.- To prepare estimates ad quotation to customers- Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets- Communicating with regional sales team for status of order and position of sales- To review and streamline work processes- To perform all other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.**Job requirement**:- Minimum SPM or higher.- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.- 2 to 3 years experience in customer service.- Knowledge of computer is essential- Able to work in a team work environment and with mínimal supervision.- Fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the roles requires to deal with Mandarin speaking client, proficient in English and/or Malay, oral and writtenThe remuneration package will commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
