About the role:Assist CS manager to overseeing the quality of service provided to customers to ensure that BC's responsibilities as seller to the customer are fulfilled, with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction. Ensure timely internal deliverables contributing to contract fulfillment. Key Responsibilities includes: Customer contract fulfilment reporting Weekly/bi-weekly report to customer monitoring reporting Assist in customer enquiry, visit and other customer related issues Assist in overview of balance contract Sales order processing Planner - Stock movement information & stock readiness status, batch allocation for special request - FIFO and review of production schedule based on customer requirement Logistic /Warehouse – Cargo allocation, Ad-hoc delivery/shipment Shipping – Shipment confirmation, vessel booking, inspection, documentation, labeling, etc Insurance issuance and sharing of shipping document Document submission through JPM website Service Complaint & Investigation Report Stock readiness, Quality status check Customer – Technical related questionnaire, QA document related Product complaint & Investigation Report Following up on payment date on outstanding invoices Issuance of Credit Note or Debit Notes SAP / Polomas - Local system troubleshooting Sample request & customer related questions on new product development New Resource Code creation Corporate liaise on any related issues VMI shipment To ensure customer service team to provide customers with updates and periodic planning and coordination of contract execution, ensure customer satisfaction is fulfilled About You: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field Min 5 years of working experience in customer service in manufacturing company. Knowledge or specific business understanding Demonstrated knowledge & skill of customer service. Demonstrated attention to detail, proactive and results driven. Having a good balance of conceptual thinking and leadership skills.
