Customer Service Executive

**Responsibilities:- **- Coordinate and liaise with customers for shipment readiness and delivery schedules. Update shipment progress to customers and update daily operations activities and reports.- Well-versed with import / export and custom procedures.- Handle correspondence with local and overseas agents.- Have a good liaison with shipping companies.- Any other responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.**Requirement**- Possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.- Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience in freight forwarding / shipping field however fresh graduate are encourage to apply.- Computer literate and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.- Have knowledge in import, export & customs procedures and regulation and international incoterms.- Able to work with minimum supervision.- Able to work independently, attention to details and sense of urgency.- Possess good interpersonal skill.**Remuneration & Benefits**Salary : up to RM3,500.00Alternate Saturday workPA/Hospitalization InsuranceEPF/SOCSO/EIS ContributionAnnual Leave, Annual Trip/Dinner, Uniform, Bonus**Why Join Us?**We value our high performing talents and held high regards of their expertise, we will assist and support you to achieve your objective.
