Job Responsibilities:- Providing prompt and accurate answers, alternatives or solutions to customers with their best interests at heart.- Handling and resolving customer complaints proficiently.- Displaying a high level of quality and professionalism when dealing with customers.- Performing transactions accurately and efficiently to resolve customer's needs in accordance to the set procedures and guidelines.- Maintain high integrity in delivery of honest value in every interaction and in our conduct with customerJob Requirements:- Minimum SPM, DIPLOMA & DEGREE HOLDERS with 1 year of working experience in Customer Service or Call Centre- Possess excellent command of English.- Able to start immediately is an advantage4. Working hour in exact (off hour: estimate from what time to what time) - 9am to 6pm. Off hours is basically anytime after 6pm.5. Salary range - RM 1800 and max of RM 2300.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Night shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusExpected Start Date: 01/02/2024
