**RESPONSIBILITIES**:a)Identify and respond efficiently to customer enquiries.b)Assist in generate quotation and support all customer order management related requirements (Order entry till billing)c)Order and delivery tracking for assigned customers (change management: rescheduling and cancellation)d)Main interface between customer, sales and planner in terms on the order management and demand fulfilment process.e)Ensure on-time delivery to customers based on order and forecasts to achieve customer satisfaction.f)Provide input and feedback to supervisors / manager on issues / concerns that need escalation, on performance improvement initiatives, on any tasks that have been assigned or any other matters, process or performance.h)To undertake any other tasks or duties assigned by superior or management from time to time to suit to the company need and market demand.**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED**:1. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin (liaise with overseas customers)2. Min Diploma or equivalent3. At least one-year experience in customer service environment4. Ability to multi task and follow thorough efficiently with internal team5.
