**Position**: Customer Service Professional (Immediate Hiring)**Intake Date : 05 April 2024****Working Location**: Marang, Terengganu**Working Days **:Monday - Sunday (2days off - rotate)**Working Hours**: 8.00am - 5.30pm/ 12.30pm - 10.00pm**Basic Salary**: RM1,500 - RM1,800**Allowances : RM 360- RM 900 (Skill/ Performance/ Shift/ Transportation)****JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:- To attend / answer incoming calls from customer, identify the problems and assist them to solve the problem by providing the right solution- Follow up with the customer on pending cases- Create report in the system**REQUIREMENTS**:- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English- Applicants must be willing to work in Melaka- Possible to have own transportation- No work experience required.
