Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company's products- Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.Requirement- Minimum requirement: SPM / UEC / MLVK- Able to work at Medini, Iskandar Puteri area**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 24 months**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM3,200.00 per monthSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Early shift- Evening shift- Night shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Cantonese (preferred)
