Customer Service Executive - Melaka

Job Description:- Perform customer need profiling and identify selling opportunities- Promote and cross sell investment, insurance and Lifestyle products and refer potential loan customers to Personal Banker/Personal Financial Consultant (PB/PFC)- Proactively manage and build long term customer relationship- Perform account opening and provide sales support to PB/PFC**Qualifications**:- Has at least 1 year working experience in customer related sales- Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision- Team player with the ability to demonstrate good teamwork amongst colleagues- Self-motivated, dedicated, commited to deliver results- Possess a positive attitude, initiative, responsive and takes ownership of issues
