- MYR 2800 5 days working 9 am to 6 pm Job Description Provide customer support through Live-chat / Email Correspondence Positions – To handle customers’ enquirers and requests accurately, promptly, and professionally. Inbound Call Positions – To handle all inbound call pertaining customers’ enquiries and requests accurately, promptly, and professionally based on knowledge acquired through product and continuous improving training. Participate in additional training courses as and when required. Adhere to company’s rule and regulations throughout the entire employment service. Qualification / Requirements: Proficient in English + (Malay/ Mandarin/ Tamil/ Cantonese) Malaysian nationality Own OKU card by the government Able to work on shift if necessary Able to speak, listen and process information clearly Minimum education is SPM Basic computer literacy No illness that would need the candidate to undergo medical or physical check-up regularly Other Information: Annual Leave, Sick Leave Performance Bonus EPF, SOCSO
