Diploma /Degree holder in any discipline or SPM/STPM/IGCSE or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience Preferably min 1year experience in Contact Centre, experience in hospitality/Online Travel Agency and customer service Computer literate and internet savvy. Positive attitude and a team player with a passion in delivering World Class customer service.
