Details of the offer

**JOB SCOPE**:- Assist and resolve customers with their service issues, providing accurate information and ensuring closure for all cases, including those escalated outside of the team.- Engaging customer on our social media properties (contests, content, etc) to drive positive feedback- Social media monitoring around brand sentiment and reputation- Moderate the content and engage the members on our community forum- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks by the supervisors**REQUIREMENTS**:- Minimum SPM and above- Good knowledge and skills on social media platforms- Excellent English comprehension and writing skills- Possess at least 2-3 years of experience in customer service (telecommunications background is advantageous)- Ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays)**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,400.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Commission pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Are you able to join immediately?- What is your expected salary?**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Call Center: 2 years (required)
