Customer Service (Fresh Grad)

**Requirements**:- Min qualification : SPM with relevant work experience- Fresh Graduates (Diploma) (Degree) are encouraged to apply- Must be able to communicate and write well in English- Good interpersonal and communication skills- Basic computer literacy (MS Office)**Responsibilities**:- Handling incoming calls and esquires from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers expectation- Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure IT is close to satisfaction- To channel and escalate any unresolved issues / complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure**Benefits**:- Shift Allowance = RM9 / night shift- Customer Service Allowance - RM150- KPI Allowance = Up to RM300- Language Allowance (Mandarin) = RM600- EPF and SOCSO contributionAdditional Benefits- 5 Working Days
