Customer Service (Gift Wrapping)

**Location**:KLCC**Date**:24 Nov 2023 - 2 Jan 2024**Working Hours**:10am-10pm**Working Days**:Mon-Thu (Group 1)Fri-Sun (Group 2)**Responsibilities**:- Wraps and decorates customer's purchases with gift wrapping paper,ribbons,bows,and tape in retail store- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction**Requirements**:- Malaysian Citizen Male / Female- 18-35 years- Customer oriented and presentable with the qustomers- Able to wrap gifts**Job Type**: Part-time**Salary**: RM13.00 per hourSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)Application Deadline: 11/23/2023
