Customer Service (Immediate Hiring)

Duties and Responsibilities including following:1. Engaging with customers and facilitate the agreement signing process including agreementpreparation, relevant documents and enrolment for Curlec2. Taking ownership of customer's issues and following problems through to resolution3. Able to perform stamping assessment process via LHDN portal, work closely with Finance Teamthroughout the entire progress4. Monthly update customer's Lampiran A and print out the official receipt for filing.5. Keep accurate records and document customer details according to company's policies6. Attained knowledge of KPKT requirements and able to handle auditor's expectations andquestionnaire assertively7. Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets8. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities9. Ensuring all office maintenance duty is completed (ex: air-con maintenance, tracking of stationarysupplies etc.), working closely with Admin Department.Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Seremban: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
