Job Description Requirement : Preferably with minimum 2 years working experienced in similar field (Sales Support).
Experience in Machining and Sheet Metal field and knowledge in SQL system will be an added advantage.
Customer focus, highly motivated, able to work independently, multi-tasking and work well under pressure.
Possess excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
Proactive and result oriented.
Job Description :
BOM registration of new project and verification on existing product ensure customer orders are processed correctly
Maintain close working relationship with Sales Representatives and BD to increase customer account penetration
Communicate with customers on the order status
Follow up closely with Planning Department for production status.
Monitor, ensure delivery date and product quality meet customer requirement
Work closely with client to ensure that product development schedules are met.
Asist Sales Representatives and Business Development team on RFQ and material source to delivery customer quotes within tight deadline
