Customer Service

To ensure customer requests, enquiries and complaint are attended and responded in timely manner and to provide first call resolution to provide excellent customer service.- To handle customer calls, complaints and enquiries efficiently, courtesy and professionally.- Relaying extensive product information to customers.- Filling customer records such as personal information, purchase, transaction, payments and receipts.- Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback on product or services.- Providing customer with clear instruction to resolve issues.- Providing proactive customer outreach.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobs**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Pudu: Relocate before starting work (required)
