**Customer Service****Responsibilities**:- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner- Maintaining customer account information- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions- Escalating complex customer issues to appropriate personnel**Skills & Requirement**- At least 1 year experience in customer service- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Problem-solving and decision-making skills- Able to multitask and adapt quickly since Utopia Customer Service are not mainly focusing on interacting with tenant only, we do have admin work as for reporting, maintaining records etc- Ability to handle difficult customer situations and remain calm under pressure**Working Hours**- Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)- Saturday (9am - 1pm)**Location**- Within 1 minute walk from PWTC lrt station**Compensation & Benefits**- Basic salary will be between RM 2,500 to RM 3,500- Good performers will be converted to permanent full time- Accommodation is provided in the heart of Kuala Lumpur- EPF, Socso & EIS- Annual Leave, Paid Sick Leave & Paid Hospitalisation Leave- Out-Patient Medical Claimable Allowance for Staff, Spouse and Children- Health & Wellness Allowance- Sport Allowance- Motorcycle Subsidy & Repayment**Anyone who is interested can WhatsApp Sean (013 - 348 2099)****Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
