Customer Service

Ensure all customers' orders are processed.- Clarify uncertainties with customer and discuss with relevant Marketing/Production personnel before committing to production.- Liaise with Production on deadline to fulfill customers' requirement.- Attend to customers / walk in customers inquiries politely & professionally.- Handle complaint promptly.- Assist Marketing in all aspect of delivery issue & stock conditions.- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.- Independent, Fast Learner & Good Team Player.- Completion of work required for the day and willing to work late.OUR PURPOSE- To build trust and commitment togetherVISION 2040- To enrich wellbeing for the communityMISSION 2020To explore new frontiersSPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
