Handle customer complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternative within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.- Manages large amount of incoming phone calls.- Resolve customers issues with company products- Answer other customer question and offer them access to helpful resources- Direct question to the right department when needed.- Ensure Customer satisfaction.- Manage all desk administrative duties.- Maintain accurate records of interaction with customer and recurring user problems- Follow up with the customers as needed to ensure any problem are resolved,- Updates and closed Help desk Ticketing Portal.**Job Requirement**- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.- Comfortable using computer.- Experience working with customer support.- Problem solving skill- Persuasive Speaking Skills**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Early shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)- English (preferred)
