Duties and Responsibilities including following:1. Managing a team of customer relationship management staff.2. Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer relationship management department.3. Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.4. Create effective customer relationship management procedures, policies, and standards.5. Develop customer satisfaction goals, improve services and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.6. Monitor customer relationship management overall operation, identify issues and developaction plan to resolve the issues.7. Collect the feedbacks from the customers, improve the quality of service to the customers and optimize customer service quality in all aspects.8. Data analysis and prepare relevant reports to the Management.9. Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies.10. Maintain a professional workspace and workflow.11. Evaluate agent and representative performance.12. Hire and train new customer service agents.13. Organize and compile Lampiran A documents and customer receipt for KPKT audit.14. Generate Lampiran B and B1 for yearly submission for finance department to audit.15. Maintain filling of customer agreement, organising all documents for internal audit.16. Attained knowledge of KPKT requirements and able to handle auditor's expectations andquestionnaire assertively.17. Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.18. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.19. Ensuring all office maintenance duty is completed (ex: air-con maintenance, tracking ofstationary supplies etc.), working closely with Admin Department.Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Kuantan: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
