This person must be attentive to details, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. This role will be responsible in providing customer services to trade customers and will need to handle large volume of orders within short periods at peak hours.Key Responsibilities:- Ensuring that all order entries are made accurately in the system for timely deliveries- Liaising with warehouse and customers when there's an order rejection and return- Liaising with Inter Company Distribution Centers and freight forwarders on inbound and importationSkills & Experience Required:- Have a minimum of 1-2 years of working experience within customer service & logistics- Holding a diploma in business admin, economics or any related field- Advantageous to have experience in a FMCG background- Have excellent communication skills- Good practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)JTK Number: **JTKSM 995** | Company Registration Number: **201301019088 (1048918-T)
