**The person will**:- Holds the primary responsibility for customer retention and for identifying cross border solutions for customers who are Shipping Lines and Forwarders.- Prime point of contact when there is any assistance needed by the agencies for operational process, system issues, customs clearance matter or other back-end activity- Support Sales in developing the relevant value propositions to our customers, driving engagement in customer interactions**Key Responsibility**:- Strong planning and organizational skills, can translate strategies to plans and results oriented- Solid understanding of the industry needs & requirement of the customers on the ICD products which we offer to customer- Preparation of documentation for customs when required with organized to write letter for government agencies when needed- Creation of the SOPs / process flows for inter department and work closely with operations for continuous improvement plans- Proactively identify challenges within the customer process which we manage and recommend solutions- Manage import, export & transshipment cargo flows in accordance with internal and external rules and regulations- Represent BKHICD when there is any event which required to discuss with customers on-site, within the country or outside the country- Must be able to work extended hours when required to resolve any BKHICD matters, or any escalation given by the team / HOD's which cannot be handle by the front-line level- Regular follow up with customers on the service level, progress improvement, update database of customer and creation of new customer account in system- Rate filing for any 3rd party activity, generate a new charge code when required and ensure all cost is billed accordance to activity- Ability to proficiency in Thailand language will be an added advantage- Personality: passionate, result oriented, self-starter, well-structured, professional- To carry out 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) practices within PKT Group of Companies.- Perform any other assignments as and when requested by superior(s) and comply with the company's rules and regulations.**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Gym membership- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
