Customer Service - Mandarin Speaker

Handling all inbound calls and live chat pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products.- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information.- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.- Report on customer feedback and complete call logs and reports.- Required language(s): English and Mandarin- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.- Applicant must be willing to work in shift (weekdays, full days on weekends and public holidays)- Applicant must be willing to work in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer service in service industry: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)- Mandarin (required)Ability to Commute:- Ara Damansara (required)Ability to Relocate:- Ara Damansara: Relocate before starting work (required)
