Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker) Wfh

Requirements:- Fresh Graduates or 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service- Answer any inbound questions/queries from clients- Excellent communication and analytical skills.- Proficient with Microsoft Office.- Proficient in Writing & Speaking in Mandarin**Responsibilities**:- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable resources- Process request according to customer's preference on time- Route calls to appropriate resources- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls- Follow up customer calls where necessary- Complete call logs and reportWorking Hours : 9 hours working shift, allowances will be given**Job Type**: PermanentPay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shift
