**LOCATION : HQ SELAYANG****Responsibilities**:**Customer Service**- Communicate effectively with customers via all official communication channels to ensure queries and concerns are addressed promptly and courteously.- Maintain meticulous records of customers' interactions, transactions, comments and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Collating useful reports and data for management's reporting.- Escalate unresolved queries to designated departments for thorough investigation and resolution.- Evaluate information related to inquiries, identify possible causes and propose appropriate solutions.**Marketing**- Back up custodian of the company's corporate identity (CI), marketing collaterals, and designs to ensure consistency in brand representation.- Work with the graphic designer to create compelling Point of Sale Materials (POSM) for effective customer communication.- Plan and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns on a variety of platforms be it digital, events, shopping mall joint promotions and more.- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.- Monitor marketing expenditures and systematically reporting the results of marketing, promotions, strategies and online performance.**Requirements**:- Possess a degree or professional qualification in Communication or Marketing or any equivalent certification.- Fresh Graduates with a passion for customer service and marketing are encouraged to apply.- Those having the knowledge and experience in traditional and digital marketing tactics in the food and beverage industry will have additional advantages- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral.- Ability to work independently, a strong commitment to work, trustworthiness and good teamwork, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated, a quick learner, positive attitude, capable of meeting deadlines and calm when handling multiple tasks.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM2,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Selayang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
