Customer Service Officer

Work location: Bintulu, Sarawak 1. Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customers' inquiries and complaints. 2. Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests. 3. To update the daily sales records, issue invoice, Quotation and DO via QNE system. 4. To check the monthly stock movement and reorder with certain level. 5. To quote the pricing and terms of payment etc. 6. To coordinate with production unit on completion of each order and delivery. 7. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. 8. To organize and maintain stock in eCS is correctly prices and displayed. 9. To carry out periodic stock takes to ensure the accuracy of stock. 10. Perform monthly billing invoice/cash bill. 11. Accept payment, calculate, and return change when required by the payment method. 12. Reconcile cash received and sales receipts/cash bill. 13.
