JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Support the customer service team in providing exceptional service across various channels such as online, email, phone, and chat. Assist the development and implementation customer service policies, procedures, and standards to improve the overall customer experience. Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly and effectively resolving escalated customer issues to achieve positive outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns, share insights, and contribute to product and service improvements. Support the manager by assisting with regular training and coaching sessions for customer service representatives to enhance their skills and maintain consistency in service delivery. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, offering helpful information and guidance to customers to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions and enhancing their overall experience QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Customer Service specifically within the e-commerce industry, familiarity with the consumer protection laws, clear understanding of dispute resolution processes, Strong understanding of customer service principles, practices, and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
