**Immediate hiring & have transport at certain pitstop****Good start for fresh grads or SPM leavers****Location: Medini Iskandar Puteri JB****6 days work.****Compulsory to do am & pm shift****Job Description**:- Handle inbound calls relating enquiries and complain.- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and provide useful and accurate information to customers.**Requirements**:- At Lease SPM or any equivalent or highest qualification.- Willing to work on rotational shift & weekend & Public Holiday.- Able to speak FLUENT in English & Bahasa- Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
