Details of the offer

Needing bilingual agents (English speaking is required, able to speak mandarin would be preferred)
And with at least some customer service experience. Call centre experienced candidates are preferred
Job Scope:
Handling calls and emails for customers
Case management for inquiry/complaints, conducting surveys with customers, other events, etc
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 2 rotational shifts (9AM-6PM/11AM-8PM)
Saturday half day
(total of 5.5 working days per week)
Salary range: 3500-3800 depending on experience
Office Location: Bukit Indah Johor Bahru
Immediate starters are preferred, but candidates who would need 1-month notice are also welcomed to apply
