Customer Service Representative

**Responsibility**- Manage and resolve customer inquiries through inbound/outbound calls or messages in a timely manner- Identifying customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions- Complete calls/message logs and reports- Monitor abnormality activity of vending machine through real time CCTV clips- Report abnormality vending machine activity to response team / operation team- Any other duties as deemed necessary**Requirements**:- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Mass Communications, Others or equivalent- Able to work on Rotational Shift, Public Holiday and Weekend- Experience in 24 hours customer service team will be added advantage- Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia- Good interpersonal and communication skills- Required skill(s): Customer care, Retail, Food And Beverage Operation- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position- Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah AlamPay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shiftApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to work in 24 hours rotational shift?- Are you willing to work during weekend and public holiday?- Are you willing to work for 6 days per week?**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)- English (preferred)License/Certification:- driving license (preferred)
