Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer support through LiveChat and digital channels on a 24/7 rotation shift basis. Monitor communication channels such as call center, social media, and web enquiries, responding promptly. Gather feedback from drivers, passengers, and merchants, reporting issues to supervisors. Perform ad-hoc tasks including market research and service quality audits to improve business. Handle administrative tasks related to driver accounts, such as credit top-ups and information updates. Assist in supporting other department campaigns when required. Requirements: Diploma in relevant field with 1-2 years of Customer Service industry experience. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage. Malaysian citizens or holders of relevant residence status. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay. Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Available to start work immediately.
