Customer Service Representative

The **Customer Service Representative** interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:- **Minimum Skills to Hire**:**Requirements**:- Proficiency in English and Multi-lingual is highly preferred (depends on the market assignment)- Fraud Manual Review, User Appeal and Trend Analysis operations experience is preferred- Strong analytical and research skills- Knowledge Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with detail-oriented focus.- Experience in Payment services and Fraud and Risk Operations is an added advantage.- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred- Preferably to have a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Flexible schedule- Health insuranceApplication Question(s):- Are you okay for rotational shift**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
