Act as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Provide exceptional assistance and support. Empathize, communicate effectively, and resolve issues to contribute to organizational goals of delivering outstanding customer experiences.**Key Responsibilities**- Identify customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and **work towards effective solutions****Working Mode**- 100% on-site- Location: Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang**Working Hours**- Monthly Rotational Shifts- 5 Days of work per week on monthly rotations- Possibly work on weekends, depending on shift arrangements**Renumeration Package**- RM 2,500 - RM 3,300- Additional Allowances**Requirements**:- **Native Proficiency in Mandarin (Speaking + Reading + Writing)**:- Fluent English- Minimum Education Required: SPM**Benefits**- Professional Development (Training)- Statutory Contributions (EPF & SOCSO)- Medical Benefits & Insurance- Additional Allowances & Incentives**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Butterworth: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Are you able to read & write in Mandarin?- Can you commit to working on rotational shifts?**Education**:- STM/STPM (required)**Language**:- fluent Mandarin (required)- fluent English (required)Expected Start Date: 09/13/2023
