Customer Service Representative (Night Shift Only)

**Responsibilities**:- Serve our customers' needs and attend to all requests promptly, accurately and professionally.- Work as a team and maintain a good reputation for the company.**Requirement**- Minimum SPM with at least 2 years experience in customer service.- Must be able to read, write and speak English FLUENTLY.- Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage.- Mon to Sun work day based on the roster (5-day week).- Working hours - rotational shifts.- 9 hours shift (including 1-hour meal break).- Training provided.- Permanent midnight (9pm to 6am)- Supporting Market: USAClient business nature: Supply Electronic Remote Control Toy productsSalary Package: RM3,000 + RM500 (allowance)Medical Insurance: ProvidedEligible for year-end bonus**Salary**: RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Night shiftApplication Question(s):- Must be able to join in February 2024.
