Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities:1. Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries.2. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in an accurate and timely manner.4. Collaborate with other team members to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Stay up to date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering excellent service.

Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Resilient and adaptable personality traits.3. Strong communication and leadership skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Excellent problem-solving abilities.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. High school diploma or equivalent.
