**Responsibilities**:- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and resolving any issues related to orders and deliveries.- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers and provide step-by-step guidance for problem resolution. Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues when necessary.- Handle warranty claims and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the warranty department to facilitate repairs or replacements as needed.- Gather and document customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement. Communicate feedback to the relevant departments to drive product enhancements and service improvements.- Perform various administrative tasks, such as updating customer records, processing refunds, and generating reports, to support customer service operations effectively.**Requirement**- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service and support to every customer interaction.- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues, think analytically, and find creative solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.- Basic understanding of RC technology and terminology preferred.
