Job responsibilitiesCustomer Service:- Address customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner to ensure customer satisfaction.- Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and offer appropriate solutions to customers.Social Media Management:- Manage and monitor our skin care social media accounts (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, etc.).- Create engaging and compelling content that aligns with our brand's voice and values.- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and positive manner.- Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and customer feedback to enhance our social media strategy.Job requirements- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field- Proven experience in customer service or social media management is preferred.- Familiarity with various social media platforms and best practices for engagement.- Attention to detail and time management skills are essential.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Meal allowanceSchedule:- Rotational shift
