Job Scope:1. Customer Managementa) Check customer data, include Subsidiary Company (Form 9, GST registration letter...), set up or revise of ship-to address of customer data in system, related documentation filing.b) Assist for Customer Management: ex. If customer information complete or not? If delay payment or not? Any abnormal of customer?2. Order Managementa) Order Process:As receive PO, need confirm orders details (customer, item name, external name, qty, unit price, payment term, trade term, request of delivery...), Key in orders in system.b) Coordination of Delivery" Stock, Production Schedule, Delivery (Shipment).c) Assist release locked orders.d) Assist Combine Container with different divisions.e) Assist combine samples (sample request from sales) together with export container.f) **(Option)** Export Process: Customs Clearance Process, Shipping Process.g) Send shipping Advice to customers or coordination shipping schedule with customers.h) Shipping Documents: Create/revise document, checking document, courier document, negotiation with customer related to document.3. Account Receivable (A/R) Managementa) Assist to provide statement to customer for payment.b) A/R deposit maintenance process.c) Assist for report information providing/submit: delay payment, bad debit, check floating period delay.d) Return/Credit Note process.2. Documentation Filing Managementa) Documentation Filing and management of all above process if needed.3.
