Customer Services Executive (Bengali speaking) -Manage customer’s expectations and display ownership for customer’s requests via phone call, live chat, email or social media platform promptly -Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve issues brought up by customers and update customer on the status accordingly -To escalate customer’s requests and complaints to appropriate department -Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always. -Keep up-to-date on company products in order to maintain a high-level of service to customer -Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. -Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. -Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. -Support Team Leader and Managers to continuously review processes, identify and resolve service gaps through constructive feedback and implement process improvement where appropriate -Possess at least high school (SPM) or diploma in any field. -Preferably IT based -Strong observant, positive, and a good team player -Excellent communications and mature personality with right attitude, ability to work independently or work in a team and good interpersonal skills -Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Bengali, preferably Bengali native speaker -Fresh graduates in any field are encouraged to apply as comprehensive training will be provided
