**In this Role, you'll get to**:- Validate & monitor progress of campaign entries to ensure the completion of projects and on time delivery.- Follow up closely on rejected campaign entries and update customer with the status and progress.- To support the execution of client service program to drive client satisfaction- Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from clients and customers.- Handling all the prizes fulfilment after marketing campaign ended.- Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, pricing / invoice queries etc.- Perform office-based administrative duties assist in operation and day-to-day tasks whenever required.- Undertakes other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior/management.**Requirement**:- Fluent speaking and writing in English & Mandarin and able to understand Malay.- Working with discipline, independent and responsibility on duty.- Good team spirit and able to take initiative to persistently enhancing operation process.- Well organized and able to work within deadline.- Have a structure thinking and planning skills in a problem-solving environment.- Customer service skills - Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.- Computer Literate esp.
